Wimpey No Fines Homes, Corby

This is an example of a council owned home in Corby where we have undertaken a number of phases of external refurbishments with Borras Construction.The properties are of Solid Wall Construction, and therefore are not able to receive a cavity wall insulation to reduce heat loss through the walls. Our external wall insulation system improves the thermal properties of the homes, reducing fuel bills and tackling fuel poverty,  whilst the render system, along with a new canopy, vastly improves the aesthetics of these houses. This improvement is illustrated by the before and after pictures above.

The system used on these properties was an Envirowall External Wall Insulation and Render System.
