The Heights, Bagot St, Birmingham.
Student accommodation blocks where we worked with Carillion Building plc. The building is created by pre-fabricated "pods" bolted together, with M21 Systems making an External Wall Insulation envelope around.
The system used on this project was an Alsecco Insulated Render System.
The render finishes come in a vast selection of colours and a choice of aggregate finishes. The texture is either Silicone or Acrylic based for elasticity and colour fastness. The systems are BBA certified and come with a 10 year warranty.
Inn on The Park, St Helier Jersey
This prestigious and most attractive block of luxury apartments on the sea front in St Helier Jersey is an excellent example of our expertise in curved external wall finishes. We undertook these works with Dandara, a prominent property developer in Jersey and the finish was achieved by using an Envirowall External Wall Render System.
The Acrylic and Silicone based render finishes are especially suited to sea front locations as they are more resistant to the corrosive effects of the sea air, than brick or standard sand and cement render.
The Triangle, Worcester
An example of our Timber Cladding works, which we undertook with Sol Construction. The timber here is cedar, which can come in a variety of different finishes, including a preservative and fire proofing.
