Incorporated in 2003, we are a specialised contractor, installing External Wall Insulation and Rendering Systems, along with Secondary Steel Framing Systems, including Trespa, Timber Rainscreen and Cedar Cladding.

We are approved installers of a number of External Wall Insulation Systems, including Alsecco, Alumasc, Envirowall, Permarock, Rockwool,  Sto and Structherm.

We have installed Secondary Steel Framing Systems typically on projects where we have also installed the EWI System, and we have usually outsourced the design to Kingspan Offsite and Absolute Steel Framing. We co-ordinate all aspects of the works, including design, cutting and the installation.

The Managing Director, Adrian Bishop, has 20 years experience in the industry and with M21 Systems Ltd, has undertaken a wide range of projects, including Social Housing, Student Accommodation, Public Spend projects, (for instance hospitals and schools) and residential apartments.

Our systems are suitable for new build construction and for the improvement of solid wall properties, (termed "Hard To Treat Homes"), such as "Wimpey No Fines" and "Cornish" properties, often found in Local Authority and Housing Association stock. Whilst we are based in the Midlands, we undertake projects throughout the UK and Channel Islands, with recent projects in Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Bristol, Sheffield and Swansea. We are a member of Constructionline and CHAS certificated

We are committed to delivering a first class service with a high level of expertise. We are often consulted in the early stages of a project by Main Contractors and architects, who call upon our experience of the wide range of external wall insulation systems and finishes available. Steel Framing is consistently becoming the norm in many commercial projects, and again we have a wealth of experience in the use of this system that you can call upon.
